Who we are
Vows & Invites is a wedding e-invite studio run by Meliora Nexa in the Philippines. For anything about your details, write to hello@melioranexa.com.
What we collect
| When you send an inquiry | Your names, email, mobile number if you give it, wedding date, guest count, the theme you like and your message. |
| When you request a call | The same details, plus the time you picked and the video call link we send you. |
| When you sign in to see a demo | The name and email of the Google account you sign in with. |
| To stop spam | A scrambled form of your internet address that cannot be turned back into it, deleted within 2 days. |
What we use it for
- To reply with prices and next steps.
- To arrange, confirm or change a call with you.
- To let you open the demos for the days we agreed.
We never sell your details or use them for advertising, and we never add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
Only the services that run this site for us: Vercel hosts the site, Neon stores the database in Singapore, Microsoft 365 delivers our emails, Google handles the sign-in and Google Fonts supplies the lettering of the sample invites shown in the previews and demos. Each may only use your details to provide that service.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and call requests are deleted automatically 12 months after we last hear from you. Demo access records are deleted 30 days after your access ends. Your sign-in account is deleted 12 months after you last sign in. If you become a client, we keep what we need for the work you hire us for.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in to the demos, a second lasts up to 10 minutes while you sign in with Google, and your browser remembers whether you picked light or dark mode. No tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them. Write to hello@melioranexa.com and we will reply within 15 days. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
