Making your invite, in plain words.

What these terms cover

These terms are for making an invite with the Vows & Invites builder. Vows & Invites is run by Meliora Nexa in the Philippines. Making an account means you agree to them. Questions go to vowsandinvites@melioranexa.com.

Your account

You sign in with Google or with a link we email you. Anyone who can open that email or Google account can open your invite, so keep it safe. One account makes one invite at a time.

Plans and payment

• Building and previewing your invite is free. It stays private until we activate it.
• When you're ready, you choose a plan and ask us to activate it. Each plan's price is in your builder before you ask.
• You pay us directly, by GCash or bank transfer, after we talk. Nothing is paid on this site.
• If we haven't activated your invite yet, we refund you in full.
• If we haven't started your setup, we refund you in full. Once we've started, we refund the plan but not the setup.
• When we set up your invite, we do what the builder can do: your words, photos, songs, dates, guests and settings. Custom designs and layout changes are not part of setup. We start once we have everything we need.
• A plan can move up later, when you pay the difference. It can't move down.

What you may upload

Only words, photos, songs and QR images you have the right to share. Ask before you add other people's photos, such as your entourage's portraits, and use a song you are allowed to share. Nothing unlawful, hateful, indecent or meant to hurt or deceive anyone.

Your guests

You choose who gets your invite and what it asks. Use your guests' replies only for your wedding. Each plan covers up to a set number of guests, shown in your builder.

If something breaks these terms

We may remove content that breaks these terms, or deactivate an invite while we sort it out, and we'll tell you why. Guests can't open a deactivated invite, and nothing in it is deleted.

Deleting and keeping copies

You can delete your invite or your account at any time. An activated invite, with your guests' replies and photos, is deleted 60 days after the wedding date. An invite that is never activated is deleted 4 months after you last open or change it. Download anything you want to keep before then.

Keeping the site running

We work to keep your invite online and your guests' replies safe, but we can't promise the site will never be down. If something goes wrong with your invite, write to us and we'll help.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above, and email you first when a change affects your invite.
